For the past 70 years, our family has proudly been a part of the food industry, beginning with a humble sweet shop started by our visionary grandfather, the Late Mr. Mangilal Ji Jain. Later, our father, the Late Mr. Vimal Chandra Jain, joined him in the business. In 2001, we joined our father and together, we established Ruchee Caterers.

Ruchee Caterers quickly built a reputation for providing high-quality and delicious food through both indoor and outdoor catering services. In 2011, we expanded our business to include mess contracts, allowing us to cater to a broader range of clients, including corporate clients and colleges. This expansion was a game-changer, enabling us to reach a wider audience and grow our business significantly.

  • Our manager maintains continuous communication with the faculty and supervisor to address any significant or critical concerns promptly.
  • Thirdly, our manager ensures timely submission of essential documents like EPF, GST, and mess bills to the accounts office.
  • Fourthly, before hiring kitchen staff, we rigorously evaluate their experience and teamwork skills to ensure seamless integration with our existing team.
  • Lastly, we emphasize hygiene across all work areas, ensuring our staff adheres to proper attire standards.

How We Manage Store Room

Effective store management is pivotal to our operations, and we approach it with utmost seriousness. Each college features a dedicated main outlet where we regularly supply mess products. Moreover, we maintain full transparency by displaying all our monthly food supplies in our store, complete with name tags, enabling college staff to inspect food quality at any time.
